We are looking for an experienced TikTok Live Selling Host to represent our international cycling apparel brand through the official CCN TikTok account.

Please DO NOT apply if you do not already have proven TikTok Live Selling experience. This position is NOT suitable for beginners. We are looking for confident professionals who already know how to entertain viewers, drive engagement and consistently generate sales during livestreams. Applications without TikTok Live Selling experience will not be considered.

Compensation

PHP 300 per hour (Base Pay)

2% commission on confirmed net sales generated during your assigned livestream

Performance Bonus

PHP 500 bonus for PHP 50,000 confirmed net sales

PHP 1,500 bonus for PHP 100,000 confirmed net sales

PHP 4,000 bonus for PHP 200,000 confirmed net sales

Bonuses are not cumulative. Only the highest bonus achieved during each livestream will be paid.

Commission and bonuses are paid only on completed, non-cancelled and non-refunded orders.

8:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Philippine Time)

Livestream schedules will be assigned based on business requirements.

Your Responsibilities

Host professional TikTok Live selling sessions in Tagalog using the official CCN TikTok account.

Sell cycling apparel and accessories confidently and professionally.

Build excitement and keep viewers engaged throughout the livestream.

Answer customer questions live and encourage purchases.

Increase conversion rates through strong sales techniques.

Learn product information before each livestream.

Work independently without supervision during livestreams.

Deliver strong sales results consistently.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of TikTok Live Selling experience.

Fluent Tagalog is required.

Good spoken English for communication with our international team.

Proven record of successful TikTok Live selling.

Excellent on-camera presentation skills.

Strong sales ability and persuasive communication.

Comfortable working independently.

Reliable high-speed internet connection.

Quiet professional workspace.

Smartphone or camera suitable for high-quality livestreaming.

Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling fashion, sportswear or lifestyle products.

Experience using TikTok Shop.

Strong understanding of livestream sales strategies.

Ability to build viewer engagement and convert viewers into customers.
