Content Repurposing & Growth Specialist (Full-Time)

About Us

We are a fast-growing investing and trading education company creating long-form educational content for YouTube. Our goal is for you to create, research, find great content for us to post on all social media and to turn one piece of content into dozens of high-performing posts across multiple social media platforms.

We are looking for someone who is creative, highly motivated and obsessed with social media growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Research the highest-performing content from top creators in the investing, business and education space.
• Analyse why their content performs well (hooks, editing style, storytelling, pacing, captions and structure).
• Repurpose our long-form videos into engaging short-form content while adapting the ideas into our own unique brand and voice.
• Create content for:
• TikTok
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts
• Facebook
• X
• LinkedIn
• Edit videos with subtitles, animations, B-roll and sound effects.
• Write compelling hooks, captions and titles.
• Design simple thumbnails and social media graphics.
• Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
• Track analytics and continuously improve content performance.
• Generate at least 10–20 high-quality pieces of content from every long-form video.

Requirements

• Strong skills in CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Canva experience.
• Excellent written English.
• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Creative, proactive and able to work independently.
• Passion for social media, marketing and continuous learning.
• Experience in finance, investing or business content is an advantage but not required.

Performance Bonus

In addition to your monthly salary, you can earn uncapped performance bonuses based on business results.

Bonuses are awarded based on a combination of:

• Qualified leads generated.
• Booked sales calls.
• Course sales directly attributed to your content.
• High-performing content (watch time, engagement and viral posts).
• Consistency, quality and volume of content published.

We reward people who create content that grows the business—not just content that gets views.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you should be able to:

• Consistently publish high-quality content every day.
• Turn every long-form video into multiple engaging short-form videos.
• Increase qualified leads and engagement across our social media platforms.
• Help grow our audience and contribute directly to course sales.
