About the Role

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Monitor a dedicated inbox for inbound website support and maintenance requests from agency clients
Make small updates and changes to client websites quickly and accurately
Troubleshoot and resolve minor website bugs or display issues
Handle routine maintenance tasks across multiple small, non-complex client sites
Ensure updated pages remain functional and clean across devices after every change
Keep the team informed on request status, progress, and completion

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

Proven web development or website maintenance experience — works independently without guidance
Fast turnaround — resolves requests within hours consistently
Familiar with common CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, or similar)
Comfortable working across a variety of small, non-complex websites
Responsive and reliable — stays on top of the inbox and follows through
Communicates clearly on status, progress, and anything that needs escalation
