Ecommerce Email Designer (Contract, Hourly)

About us:

Rollout Digital is a Sydney-based CRM agency working with ecommerce brands in Australia and the US. We design and build email programs for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands, covering campaigns, flows, and lifecycle strategy.

The role:

We're looking for an excellent ecommerce email designer to join our team on a contract basis, working hourly as briefs come through. You'll design email campaigns and flow email s from client-provided assets and creative briefs. Volume will vary week to week, with room to grow into more consistent work if the fit is right.

What you'll do:

• Design email campaigns and flow email s from provided briefs
• Work from client brand guidelines and supplied assets
• Deliver mobile-first, on-brand designs that convert
• Turn around builds within agreed timelines

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio of ecommerce email design work
• Solid understanding of what works in e-com email : hierarchy, mobile-first layouts, clear CTAs, product-led design, cohesive brand messaging
• Comfortable working in Figma and Canva
• Good English communication
• Reliable turnaround and responsiveness
• Able to overlap with Sydney (AEST) business hours for briefing and feedback

Nice to have:

• Experience with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with email best practices (deliverability, accessibility, dark mode)
• Exposure to Klaviyo or similar ESPs

Hours: Flexible, hourly, project-based as briefs come through
