Direct Response Copywriter

We are looking for a skilled direct response copywriter to join our fast-growing health & wellness eCommerce brand. Your primary role will be to write persuasive scripts for our editors that drive revenue and scale our advertising efforts.

If you have a strong understanding of persuasive copywriting, direct response principles, and consumer psychology, this role is for you. You’ll work alongside a team of high-performing Filipino VAs in a long-term position with growth opportunities and access to top-tier copywriting training.

Responsibilities

• Write scripts for video ads (mainly VSLs) to craft compelling, persuasive content for our campaigns
• Write high-converting sales copy for landing pages
• Write copy for our static ads based on VSLs and data to ensure maximum engagement and conversions
• Iterate on winning videos and landing pages based on data-driven insights
• A/B test headlines, hooks, and copy to continuously improve ad performance
• Research target audiences, uncover pain points, and craft messaging that speaks directly to their needs
• Stay updated on direct response best practices, consumer psychology trends, and marketing innovations

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct response copywriting experience with proven high-performing campaigns
• Strong knowledge of sales psychology, AIDA, PAS, 5 Stages of Awareness (Eugene Schwartz), and other copywriting frameworks
• Understand how to speak to audiences with different awareness stages and craft messages accordingly
• Fluent in English with strong grammar, clarity, and persuasive language skills
• Fast and stable internet connection (include a screenshot of your speedtest.net results in your application)
• Ability to work from 9AM - 17PM (CET - European Timezone)

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Experience in building landing pages in page builders like Pagefly or Funnelish
• Knowledge of AI-assisted copywriting tools (Jasper, Copy.ai, ChatGPT)
• Familiarity with media buying and ad performance metrics
