Virtual Assistant - AI Video Production & Youtube Uploads

We run a portfolio of faceless YouTube channels and are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to handle our daily production routine.

What you'll do:

Operate our AI video creation tools (text-to-speech, AI video generation, automated editing) following a documented step-by-step process
Upload finished videos to YouTube: titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, scheduling
Keep files organized and flag anything that looks off before it goes live

What we're looking for:

Comfortable learning new software — no prior experience with our specific tools required, we provide full training and written SOPs
Fast communication — you reply to messages within a few hours during your working day and let us know immediately when something is unclear or breaks.
Careful and detail-oriented; you follow instructions exactly and double-check your work
Reliable daily availability, including weekends
Stable internet connection and a computer that can handle video files
Good written English for communication
The details

Roughly 2 hours per day, 7 days a week
Fully remote, flexible hours — the work just needs to be done each day
Long-term position with room to take on more responsibility over time
