We help small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S. find better, more affordable waste solutions.

What You'll Do
The Customer Service Representative will ensure a positive customer experience with Haulla services by collaborating with Affiliates to address and resolve customer issues. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Organizing and managing pick-up schedules.
• Ensuring timely and efficient service through effective communication with customers and Affiliates.
• Resolving missed pick-up issues and handling other customer service concerns in a timely manner.
• Identifying bottlenecks in current workflows and proactively suggesting improvements to systems or business processes.
• Managing assigned tickets on a daily basis.

What We're Looking for

• This is a full-time remote position.
• Proactive Problem Solvers: We value individuals who take initiative to identify issues and actively work to fix them.
• Native-level English Fluency: You must be able to communicate naturally and fluidly with U.S.-based clients and partners.
• Full-time Commitment: Available to work during U.S. business hours (7 AM–3 PM PST), Monday to Friday.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
• Spanish speaker preferred.

** Please note: Following your start, there will be a 2-week paid probationary period to ensure a mutual fit.

Compensation

• Base pay: USD $4/hour
• Performance-based commission structure
