Full-Stack Software Engineer – ZEA Enterprise Platform Development

Phanium LLC seeks a Full-Stack Software Engineer with strong C++ expertise to upgrade and expand our Zero-Exposure Architecture (ZEA) enterprise platform. You will enhance and refactor existing C++ codebase developed in Windows and Linux environments while architecting cross-platform compatibility for macOS, mobile, and cloud-native deployments. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing an intuitive enterprise management dashboard for administrators, developing RESTful APIs for third-party integrations and cloud ecosystem connectivity, enhancing cloud server infrastructure for scalability and multi-tenant support, and optimizing C++ performance across heterogeneous computing environments. You will work with our core development team in Baltimore to modernize our C++ architecture, implement enterprise-grade features (role-based access control, audit logging, compliance reporting), integrate cryptographic libraries, and ensure seamless integration with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). This role is critical to scaling ZEA from pilot deployments to mission-critical enterprise infrastructure protecting Fortune 500 organizations and government agencies.

Requirements: 8+ years professional C++ development experience; expert-level proficiency in modern C++ (C17/20); proven experience refactoring and upgrading legacy C codebases; strong background in cross-platform development (Windows, Linux, macOS); expertise building enterprise management dashboards and REST APIs using C++ frameworks; demonstrated experience with cloud architecture, distributed systems, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); knowledge of cryptographic systems and FIPS 140-2 compliance; experience with CI/CD pipelines and secure development practices.
