Remote PartsCheck Sales Representative (Pinnacle Experience Required)

MMM Auto Centre is a family-owned automotive recycling business based in Melbourne with over 20 years of experience supplying quality used vehicle parts across Australia. We pride ourselves on fast service, quality parts, and building strong relationships with workshops, insurers, and suppliers.

We are looking for an experienced PartsCheck Sales Representative to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is a fully remote position focused on managing PartsCheck enquiries and brokering the purchase and sale of automotive parts. You will be responsible for sourcing the right parts, negotiating with suppliers and customers, converting enquiries into sales, and ensuring orders are processed accurately through Pinnacle.

Working Hours (Remote Position)

• Remote work
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Melbourne, Australia time)
• Availability during these hours is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming PartsCheck enquiries.
• Source, buy, and sell quality used automotive parts.
• Broker parts between suppliers and customers to maximise sales opportunities.
• Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate pricing.
• Process sales and invoices using Pinnacle.
• Maintain strong relationships with workshops, repairers, insurers, and suppliers.
• Follow up outstanding quotes to maximise conversion rates.
• Ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience using PartsCheck.
• Experience brokering the purchase and sale of automotive parts.
• Strong working knowledge of Pinnacle (essential).
• Excellent automotive parts interpreting skills.
• Proven sales and negotiation experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.

Desirable

• Experience in the automotive recycling or used parts industry.
• Knowledge of OEM parts catalogues and VIN interpretation.
• Existing relationships within the automotive repair or insurance industry.
