About the Role:
We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist to drive content strategy and trend-spotting across our brand ecosystem — including Beckford & People (credit repair & business funding) and the Haad the Billionaire personal brand. This role is about staying ahead of what’s performing and translating that into content that converts.

Responsibilities:

• Research trending audio, formats, and video styles across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook , and identify which are likely to perform for our brand
• Monitor competitor and industry content using Facebook Ad Library to reverse-engineer what’s working
• Plan and manage a content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Edit short-form video content using Instagram’s native editor and Canva
• Communicate directly with content creators/talent to brief, direct, and collaborate on video concepts
• Track performance metrics (views, engagement, CTR) and adjust strategy based on results
• Stay current on platform algorithm changes and emerging content trends

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Strategist
• Proven ability to research and identify trending content before it peaks
• Strong working knowledge of Facebook Ad Library, Facebook , Instagram, and TikTok (platfor ---------- chanics, not just posting)
• Video editing skills in Instagram’s editor and Canva
• Comfortable communicating with and directing creators/influencers
• Strong sense of what makes content “scroll-stopping” in the finance/entrepreneurship or beauty space
• Excellent written and verbal communication
