NextVerra helps home service businesses grow through AI, automation, marketing systems, and technology solutions. We are currently expanding our focus into software products, including a canvassing and field productivity platform designed to improve sales performance, recruiting, training, and reporting.

We are looking for a highly motivated Website & AI Marketing Specialist who can help build websites, implement automations, improve search visibility, and support marketing efforts as we grow.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, and using technology to help businesses scale.

Responsibilities

Website Development

• Build and launch websites using GoHighLevel, WordPress, and other platforms as needed
• Design websites from templates and from scratch
• Create landing pages and conversion-focused funnels
• Maintain and update existing websites
• Improve website speed, user experience, and conversions

SEO & GEO (AI Search Optimization)

• Perform keyword research
• Optimize websites for traditional search engines
• Optimize content for AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity
• Create and implement SEO strategies
• Improve local search rankings
• Monitor rankings and performance

Automation & Systems

• Build and maintain GoHighLevel workflows
• Create automation systems using Zapier and other tools
• Improve business processes through automation
• Help document and create SOPs

Paid Advertising

• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns
• Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance
• Optimize budgets and targeting
• Track leads and conversions

Additional Responsibilities

• Basic Canva graphic creation
• Marketing support tasks
• Research and implementation of new tools
• Assisting with future software and development projects
• Other growth-related initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills
• Reliable internet connection
• Professional work environment
• Experience with website building
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Understanding of AI search optimization (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Experience with GoHighLevel preferred
• Experience with WordPress preferred
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads preferred
• Experience with automation platforms preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
