We’re Hiring: ServiceTitan Implementation Support Specialist

We’re looking for a driven professional who’s eager to grow, learn, and work alongside our Certified Coaches to deliver successful CRM implementations.

What You’ll Do:
Get hands-on training in ServiceTitan and master platform setup.
Partner with Certified Coaches to support client implementation projects.
Configure workflows, systems, and best practices inside ServiceTitan.
Use Excel to manage data, build documents, and track progress.
Gain exposure to accounting workflows and align ServiceTitan with financial systems.

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of ServiceTitan experience (especially in accounting or exports).
Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data cleanup).
Comfort with data systems and software setup.

Nice to Have:
Experience managing multiple clients on recurring export schedules.
Familiarity with Pricebook cleanup (remapping items, fixing types, aligning GL accounts).
Basic accounting knowledge (AR, AP, credit memos, journal entries).
QBO exposure is a plus.
