We're building an outbound cold calling system from the ground up, and we need someone who can help us figure out what actually works. You won't be handed a finished script, you'll start with a list and a rough opening line, then adjust based on what the calls tell you.
If you're the type who wants to test, tweak, and own the process instead of just following a playbook, this is worth a look.
What you'll do:

Make at least 100 outbound calls a day using our power dialer
Adjust your pitch in real time as you learn what gets a response
Log every call in Close CRM (No Contact / Pickup / Conversation)
Book qualified discovery calls
Try different industries to see where the demand is strongest
Help shape the script from scratch, based on real call data

What you need:

2+ years of B2B cold calling experience, ideally with US or UK clients
Clear, confident English, neutral accent
Thick skin, can handle a high volume of no's without missing a beat
Available 9PM - 5AM Manila time
Fast, reliable internet with backup
A quiet space to take calls

Nice to have: experience in recruiting/outsourcing, past experience building a script from zero.
