How you get paid
This is performance based, not a flat retainer. You get paid per view (CPM) on every clip you edit and post. We have thousands of dollars in active budget across our clients right now, and it's uncapped, the better your clips perform, the more you earn. Our top editors are earning $1,000+ a month, and there's real room to go well beyond that as your clips rack up views.

Who we're looking for
We're hiring 50 active, skilled Shortform Video Editors to handle post production for short form social content (30 to 60 seconds), 1 to 2 videos per day per editor. Your job is turning raw footage into genuinely viral videos using the concepts, scripts, and brand guidelines we provide.

You should have a strong grip on editing technique, post production, and what actually makes something spread. You follow trends and pop culture closely, and you care about making content that gets real organic reach, not just checking a box.
