Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to retrieve handwritten documents, process them using Google Gemini AI, and perfor ---------- ticulous quality control to build clean lead spreadsheets in Google Workspace. This role starts at 10 hours per week with room for growth as our document processing volume increases.

Key Responsibilities

Log in to designated web portals to locate and download batches of handwritten documents.

Run standardized prompts using Google Gemini to convert handwritten document text into structured spreadsheet data.

Perform side-by-side Quality Control (QC) checks in Google Sheets, verifying AI extraction accuracy against the original raw documents.

Correct misread numbers, names, and missing field data, keeping accuracy near 100%.

Maintain organized Google Drive folders.

Requirements

Dual Monitor Setup: Mandatory for fast side-by-side visual auditing.

Reliable Internet: High-speed connection with a reliable power/internet backup.

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Drive) and basic AI tools like Gemini.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for spotting minor spelling errors, formatting issues, or misread digits.

Schedule & Hours

Hours: 10 hours per week (Flexible schedule).

Growth: Potential for increased hours as data mining volume grows.

Compensation & Pay Growth

Starting Rate: $4.00 / hour ($40 / week for 10 hours).

Performance Raise: Automatic raise to $5.00 / hour after 3 months based on accuracy, speed, and reliability.

Paid Time Off: 5 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year, unlocked after passing the 90-day probation period.
