Canva Designer Affiliate Collages & Carousels

I'm looking for a skilled Canva designer to create high-converting collages and carousels to promote products for my affiliate shops on Shop My, Mavely and my Amazon Influencer storefront.

What you'll be doing:

-Design single collage graphics and multi-slide carousels to promote products, styled for Instagram, Facebook , and Pinterest
-Create content that boosts clicks and drives conversions
-Turn around designs quickly and consistently on a regular posting schedule
-Build and use editable, reusable templates where possible so batches can be produced faster

What I'm looking for:

-Strong, experienced eye for Canva collage/carousel aesthetics and layout
-Good sense of styling for fashion, home, and lifestyle products
-Understanding of what performs well on each platform for affiliate content
-Mavely experience is a plus, but not required
-Able to maintain a steady output of 5+ designs per day to support 1-2 day batch turnaround
-Reliable communication
-Ability to work efficiently from a shared product link or brand info I provide
