Cold Email Operator (Instantly/Smartlead + Apollo) - US CFO Firm - Night Shift - Full Time

Tallyz is a US flat-fee CFO and tax firm for service business owners. We are hiring ONE full-time Outbound Operator to run our cold email machine. This is a systems role, not a general VA role. You will not be doing data entry or admin work.

WHAT YOU WILL RUN:

• Cold email engine: 10 to 16 warmed mailboxes in Instantly, ~500 sends/day. You manage sequences, inbox rotation, and daily deliverability checks (complaints under 0.3%, bounces under 3%).
• List building: pull and verify Apollo segments against a tight ICP, scrub through MillionVerifier.
• Reply handling: answer every reply within 4 hours using our scripts, book qualified prospects into our calendar, chase every no-show once.
• Afternoons: 60 to 80 outbound dials/day to warm email openers (OpenPhone), plus LinkedIn touches.
• Reporting: a 15-number scorecard delivered every Friday.

REQUIREMENTS (all four, no exceptions):
1. 2+ years personally running cold email systems: Instantly, Smartlead, or similar, plus Apollo. You can explain warmup, bounce management, and the 0.3% complaint threshold without googling it.
2. Excellent spoken and written English. You will be on the phone with US business owners.
3. WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00am to 5:00pm US Central Time as your permanent shift (9:00pm to 6:00am Philippine time). Do not apply if you cannot commit to this schedule long term.
4. Process-driven: you follow SOPs exactly and flag problems the same day.

PAY: $1,000 to $1,400/month USD depending on experience, paid weekly via Wise, plus a monthly performance bonus pool tied to booked appointments. 13th month honored. Long-term role with a growing firm: we are hiring our whole team over the next 3 years and early people grow with us.

YOU WILL NEVER: touch client financial data, close deals, or improvise sequences. You fill the calendar; the founder closes.
