It helps businesses and brands create high-quality visual content to strengthen their marketing and brand presence. This role involves creating high-quality visual content, managing social media strategies, and producing professional marketing materials to support business objectives and enhance brand identity.
Responsibilities

Primary:
Edit documentary-style videos, YouTube documentaries, recap videos, and short films with strong pacing and emotional storytelling
Cut social content, Instagram Reels, and influencer-style pieces with fast, high-energy pacing
Match the client's signature editing style, pacing, and standard on every deliverable
Work in DaVinci Resolve (preferred); Premiere Pro or Final Cut acceptable, transferring files across software as needed
Sync music, sound, transitions, and color to elevate rhythm and emotion
Adapt quickly to brand-specific direction (fonts, colors, style guides) across a wide range of content
Turn around revisions fast and incorporate feedback to consistently hit the client's standard

Secondary:
Create YouTube thumbnails, take on delegated editing-adjacent tasks, and use AI video-generation tools where helpful
Qualifications
Proven experience in video editing for agencies or client-facing production, ideally in action-sports, documentary, or short-film content
Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve; Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro also acceptable, with the ability to transfer files across editing software
Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, music synchronization, and visual storytelling — ability to study a brand's existing work and replicate its style and standard consistently
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for team-oriented work environments
