GoHighLevel CRM Migration Specialist w/ Land Investing Experience

I'm Tyler with Cardinal Land Buyers, a growing land investment company based in Oklahoma City. Looking for someone to help with a one-off project to start, with real potential for long-term work if it's a good fit. Land investing or real estate experience is a big plus, ideally you already know what a comp is and how to research a parcel.

I'm moving from one GoHighLevel account to a new GoHighLevel account, and canceling the old one. Before that happens, I need every lead and every piece of attached data pulled out of the old account so nothing gets lost. This includes:
A full bulk export of every contact with all fields included (name, phone, email , tags, pipeline stage, source, custom fields, everything)

For active leads only (not sold ones), manually copying the full communication history and notes from each lead's record into the export file.

I'll walk you through the exact steps. It's detail work, not technical work, but it has to be done carefully and completely, nothing skipped or missed.

Pay: $75 flat rate for this project.

If this goes well, there's ongoing work available. Future work would be paid hourly and could grow into a long-term role supporting my land investing business, things like:

Pulling comps and doing property lookups (LandGlide, Regrid, county GIS/assessor sites)
Writing property descriptions
CRM setup and management in GoHighLevel
General research and admin support tied to buying and selling vacant land

Who I'm Looking For: I'm not looking for someone who's just okay. I want someone genuinely good at what they do, someone I can hand things to and trust it gets done right without a lot of hand holding.

Requirements:
Land investing or real estate experience is a big plus
Real experience with GoHighLevel is a big plus, please briefly describe a pipeline or automation you've built in it
Careful, methodical, and doesn't cut corners on detail work
Reliable, fast internet with a backup connection
Reliable power/backup power
Dependable and communicative, will flag issues instead of guessing
