Job Title: Sales Estimator – Cleaning Services (Full-Time)

We are hiring a detail-oriented Sales Estimator to review incoming cleaning service requests, assess customer and property requirements, calculate accurate estimates, and prepare draft quotes in Jobber.

This is a full-time position for immediate hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming customer requests in Jobber
• Verify service, customer, and property details
• Research properties using Google Maps, Google Earth, Street View, property listings, and customer-provided photos
• Identify missing, unclear, or conflicting information
• Determine the appropriate scope of work
• Calculate pricing using approved estimating tools and guidelines
• Convert qualified requests into clear and accurate draft quotes in Jobber
• Add the correct services, quantities, descriptions, pricing, and optional items
• Perform quality checks before submitting quotes for approval
• Provide a concise summary of each completed estimate
• Revise quotes promptly based on management feedback
• Identify appropriate opportunities for complementary cleaning services

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good numerical and basic estimating skills
• Strong written English communication
• Ability to interpret customer requests and define a clear scope of work
• Comfortable using CRM or field-service management systems
• Familiarity with Google Maps, Google Earth, and online property research
• Organized and able to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
• Able to work independently while following pricing and approval procedures
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-office setup

Experience with Jobber, cleaning-service estimates, quoting, customer service, or property services is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Employment Details

Rate: CAD $4–$5 per hour, depending on experience
