About Christian Music Mentor

Christian Music Mentor exists to help Christian artists and songwriters grow in their calling, write better songs, release meaningful music, and make a greater impact for God's Kingdom.

We're passionate about encouraging people, building authentic relationships, and helping artists discover the next step God has for them.

We're looking for someone who loves talking with people and genuinely enjoys encouraging Christian artists and songwriters.

This is much more than a virtual assistant or DM role—it's an opportunity to minister to people through meaningful conversations.

About the Role

Every day, Christian artists and songwriters engage with our content across Facebook and Instagram.

Your role will be to start conversations with:
New followers
People who comment on our content
People who engage with our posts, reels, and videos
You'll use our proven conversation framework while allowing every conversation to feel natural and authentic.

This is NOT a high-pressure sales position.
Our goal isn't to pressure people into buying anything.

Instead, we want every conversation to feel like talking with a trusted friend who genuinely wants to help.

As you get to know people, you'll naturally recommend our free resources or our $17 Starter Course (which includes a coaching call) whenever it's genuinely the right next step for them.

Daily Responsibilities

• Start and manage 30–50 meaningful Messenger and Instagram conversations each day
• Build authentic relationships with Christian artists and songwriters
• Reach out to new followers and people engaging with our content
• Follow our conversation framework while communicating naturally
• Ask thoughtful questions and genuinely listen
• Encourage people in both their musical and spiritual journey
• Share our free resources when appropriate
• Recommend our Starter Course when it naturally fits the conversation
• Keep simple notes on conversations
• Ask for help whenever you're unsure how to respond

Our daily goals are approximately:
30–50 quality conversations
Building authentic relationships
Sharing free resources with the right people
Averaging 3 Starter Course sales per day (this is something we'll be testing together to see how it works)

Sales matter, but we believe they are the natural result of consistently serving people well.

Hours

This position starts part-time.

We're looking for someone who can work primarily during North American business hours, as that's when most of our audience is online.

If things go well, there is significant opportunity for additional hours within the next month or two. Or you can stay part-time if that works for you as well.
