About the Position

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our real estate media production team.

This position focuses on preparing real estate media for delivery after a property has been photographed. You will work with AI editing tools, image editing software, floor plans, videos, and our media delivery platform to ensure every property package is complete, organized, and ready for final Quality Control.

This position combines creativity with precision. You'll be expected to create beautiful, realistic virtual staging and image enhancements while carefully following property-specific instructions and established workflows. Success comes from balancing strong visual judgment with exceptional attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing

Image Enhancement & Virtual Staging

You'll use AI-powered editing tools and image editing software to prepare photos for delivery, including:

Removing unwanted objects such as vehicles, trash cans, cords, hoses, signs, and other distractions

Decluttering rooms using AI tools

Creating realistic virtual twilight images

Creating professionally designed virtual staging that enhances each property's appeal

Revising virtually staged images based on client feedback

Reviewing every AI-generated image carefully for mistakes before considering the work complete

AI is an incredible tool, but it is not perfect. It will occasionally create structural errors, unrealistic furniture placement, missing objects, distorted features, or other visual mistakes. It is your responsibility to carefully inspect every edited image and correct or report any issues before the project moves forward.

Organizing Property Media

For every property, you will:

Arrange all property photos into the correct viewing order

Work closely with our video editor to ensure all property-specific editing instructions have been followed, maintain consistency with our quality standards, communicate any required revisions, and attach the approved final videos to the correct property within our delivery platform

Upload and organize media inside our delivery platform

Ensure floor plans are attached when ordered

Rename floor plan rooms when requested

Confirm every required deliverable has been added before the project moves to our Quality Control team

Following Property Instructions

Every property comes with its own set of written instructions.

These instructions may include:

Which rooms require decluttering

Which photos need virtual twilight

Which images require virtual staging

Client-specific requests

Delivery notes

Special editing instructions

Following these instructions accurately is one of the most important responsibilities of this position.

Never assume.

Organization & Workflow

Keeping projects organized inside our workflow system

This position is highly process-driven. We value consistency and accuracy just as much as creativity. Every property has unique instructions, and following those instructions exactly is essential to success.

Required Experience

Applicants must have experience with:

AI image editing tools

Photoshop or similar image editing software

Virtual staging

Virtual twilight editing

Real estate photography workflows

File organization and project management

Working remotely as a Virtual Assistant

Previous experience working for a real estate photography or media company

Applicants without prior experience working for a real estate photography or media company will not be considered.

Hiring Process

Qualified applicants will complete a practical skills assessment before being considered for the position.

The assessment is unpaid and is designed to evaluate the skills required for this role.

The assessment may include tasks such as:

Remove a car from a driveway

Declutter a kitchen

Create a virtual twilight image

Virtually stage a living room

Arrange all property photos into the correct viewing order

Rename several floor plan rooms

Attach the correct media to a mock property listing

Follow a property instruction sheet containing 15–20 individual requests

The purpose of this assessment is to evaluate your attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, organization, visual judgment, and consistency.

Trial Period

This position begins with a 3-week paid trial period.

During this time we will evaluate:

Schedule

Fully remote

Approximately 3–5 hours per day, Monday through Friday

Must have overlapping availability with U.S. Eastern Time business hours

Opportunity for additional hours as our workload grows

Compensation is competitive and will be based on experience, portfolio, and demonstrated skill during the interview process.
