Maid 4 Janitorial is hiring a B2B lead researcher to build a verified list of commercial prospects in the St. Louis, Missouri area.

Project Pay

• First 100 approved leads: $25
• Remaining 400 approved leads: $100
• Total: 500 approved leads for $125
• Rate: $0.25 per accepted lead

Payment is issued only after the leads are verified and approved.

Fake, incorrect, duplicate, incomplete, outdated, or out-of-area information will not be paid. Rejected leads must be replaced at no additional cost.

Required Information

Each lead must include:

• Business name
• Full business address
• Website
• Decision-maker’s full name
• Exact job title
• Professional email
• Phone number

Target Businesses

Approved categories may include:

• Medical and dental offices
• Apartment communities and property-management offices
• Professional offices
• Spas, med spas, and wellness centers
• Car dealerships
• Other approved commercial business categories

Important Approval Rule

Before beginning any research batch, you must:

1. Check our master pipeline sheet to confirm the businesses have not already been added.
2. Tell us which business category you plan to research.
3. Receive written approval before starting.

Any research completed without prior category approval will not be accepted or paid.

Duplicate businesses, locations, websites, or decision makers already listed in the master pipeline will not be accepted or paid.

Requirements

• Use your own research tools and methods.
• All information must be accurate and current.
• Find the person responsible for office management, operations, facilities, property management, or vendor decisions.
• Do not submit unchecked bulk exports.
• Generic email s should not be submitted when a direct professional email is available.
