Part-Time Video Editor - Movie Recaps (Long-Term / Hyper-Sharp Quality)

Hello,I am looking for a talented, highly skilled, and creative video editor specializing in the Movie Recap / Film Summary niche for our YouTube and TikTok channels. This is a long-term collaboration.This is a stable, part-time position (approx. 20 to 25 hours per week, Monday to Saturday). Extreme punctuality and reliability are top priorities for us.The Workload & Pacing:Editing 3 videos per day from Monday to Saturday (18 videos per week in total). This trial will be fully paid at the regular rate. If the English channel works, it becomes long-term; if it doesn't, we will return to a Spanish-focused workflow.Technical, Format & Copyright Requirements:Copyright Safe Editing (Crucial): You must strictly understand how to edit to avoid copyright claims, content ID flags, or disqualifications. This means no long unedited clips; you must use fast cuts and smart framing.The Format & Hook: The video must start with a very short, powerful visual hook in the first few seconds using strategic movie scenes. Use a third-person narration (voiceover) to guide the story, seamlessly weaving in the movie characters ---------- aracter Dialogues: The parts where the characters speak are the most important to engage the audience, but they must be kept short (just a few seconds per cut) to avoid copyright issues.Hyper-Sharp & Ultra-Detailed Look: We need an ultra-crisp visual style. Faces, hair, and clothing textures must look heavily defined with sharp, clean edges (a basic 4K export is not enough; the footage must look enhanced and premium).High-Contrast Cinematic Color Grading: Deep shadows, vibrant yet clean skin tones, and a high-contrast look that perfectly separates the characters from the background.Originality: Bring your own fresh editing style.
