Fullfillment Specialist for Shopify Store preferrably with Dropified Experience Needed)

We need someone who already has experience with Shopify, Dropified ,Aliexpress and Clickup.
The work is Part-Time. ( 20-30 hours per week) with the possibility of expanding to full time
Starts with $3 an hour and increases over time.

Note: Applicants without prior Shopify, Dropified, or AliExpress experience will not be entertained

Requirements:
Proven experience in order processing and using order management systems, e-commerce platforms (mainly Shopify, Dropified, and AliExpress)
Proven knowledge in using general office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Proven experience in using any Management Tools
Have good communication skills - writing, reading, and speaking.
Proven experience in doing Administrative tasks
Knowledge of shipping and fulfillment processes is a plus.

Key responsibilities:
Order Management
Process customer orders using Dropified and AliExpress
Confirm payment processing and verify order information.
Communicate with the supplier to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Data Entry & Updates:
Maintain accurate order records in our Shopify and ClickUp system, ensuring that all details (customer information, product details, payment status, shipping info, etc.) are up-to-date.
Order Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor shipping progress and delivery.
