Podcast Guest Booking & Outreach Specialist (Part-Time, Remote)

Compensation: Starting at $500/month (USD) — 15-20 hrs/week, with room to grow based on performance

About the Role

We're a husband-and-wife team of purpose-driven, spiritual teachers and mentors, each running our own individual podcast. We're looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to run outreach in both directions for both shows: sending our guest booking links to prospective guests, and pitching us as guests on other podcasts. We'll provide the outreach copy, bios, and media kit — you own sending it out, following up, and keeping things moving.

You'll work directly with both hosts, managing four outreach pipelines at once (guests-in and guests-out, for two separate shows).

What You'll Do:
Research and identify potential guests for each show, and prospective podcasts where Rudi and/or Anniston would be a strong guest fit
Send outreach email s/DMs using our provided templates and copy, personalizing where needed
Send the correct booking link to confirmed guests for each show, and to prospective podcasts, following up until you get a response
Submit our media kits, bios, headshots, or any other materials a podcast requests when considering Rudi or Anniston as guests
Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and reminders once someone books
Track all outreach, replies, and bookings for both shows in a shared tracker or CRM
Keep all pipelines full on a rolling basis, flagging when volume is low

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience with podcast booking, outreach, or guest coordination — please share examples or results (e.g., "booked X guests/month" or "landed hosts on Y shows")
Solid written English — you'll be personalizing templates and following up, not writing from scratch
Comfortable doing outreach and following up persistently without being pushy
Organized and self-directed; you can run two pipelines without things falling through the cracks
Familiarity with Calendly and Acuity , plus Gmail and Notion/Airtable or a similar CRM/tracker (or a fast learner)
Reliable internet and availability that overlaps at least a few hours with US time zones

Nice to Have but not mandatory:
Experience in podcast production, PR, or influencer/media outreach
An existing podcast network or media contacts
