Vector Tracing Illustrator

UK Company, Remote / Philippines-Based

We're a UK-based vehicle signage company expanding our Philippines-based design team. We produce a high volume of artwork and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented vector tracing illustrator to join us full-time, with steady, long-term work and a supportive team behind you.

This is NOT a creative logo design role. This is an illustration role where you are replicating existing artwork.

What you'll be doing:

-Redrawing/reformatting poor quality logos and artwork into clean vector files, including turning existing logos and artwork into accurate vector versions
-Exporting files in different vector formats depending on what each job needs
-Preparing clean, print-ready files
-Juggling multiple projects at once and staying on top of where each one is at
-Checking all work against our pre-submission checklist before submitting
-Submitting accurate weekly output reports to your manager
-Working within our team, using ---------- to track jobs and Dropbox to manage files
-This role is perfect for someone who:

-Can comfortably produce 12+ projects per day, consistently
-Is happy working in a high-intensity, fast-turnaround environment
-Can manage several jobs on the go without losing track of any of them
-Follows instructions carefully without missing anything
-Prefers structured, fast-paced work over open-ended creativity
-Works well as part of a team, not just solo
-Is honest and transparent in their reporting

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Graphic Design experience
• Adobe Illustrator (essential)
• Comfortable using workflow/project management tools like ---------- , and file sharing tools like Dropbox
• Good written English
• Ability to follow briefs exactly and flag anything unclear
• Reliable internet and communication
• Full-time, 40 hours/week

-Shift-based, including weekend availability. This role is NOT limited to standard UK business hours (9am-5pm BST)

Pay rate:
$4-7 USD per hour, depending on experience

-Shortlisted applicants will be required to complete a trial task prior to any offer.
