  • Perform keyword research targeting high-intent commercial and local search phrases.
  • Write, update, and optimise service landing pages and blog content.
  • Optimise and maintain our Google Business Profile (GBP) and local directory citations to secure top local map placements.
  • Implement ethical link-building, outreach, and customer review acquisition strategies.

2. Email Marketing & CRM Workflows (30%)

  • Build and maintain automated email sequences for new enquiry follow-ups, service reminders, and customer review requests.
  • Draft, design, and send periodic broadcast email campaigns to our existing customer database.
  • Maintain clean, segmented contact lists within our email /CRM platform.

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on organic search rankings, traffic growth, email click-through rates, and lead submissions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
  • Identify conversion rate optimisation (CRO) improvements to turn website visitors into calls and form submissions.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of growing organic rankings and qualified leads.
  • High proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and keyword research tools (Ahrefs/Semrush).
  • Experience setting up email automation flows and list segmentation in platforms like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRMs.
  • Solid experience working within modern CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress/Webflow) to make direct on-page edits.
  • Excellent written English with strong copywriting skills for search meta tags, landing page content, and email campaigns.
  • Self-motivated with a reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet working setup.
