Video Editor

We're looking for a creative and proactive Reel Editor to join our team on a freelance basis. You'll be editing short-form content across multiple clients in different industries, so versatility and trend awareness are a must.

What You'll Do:
Edit approximately 5 Reels per week, mostly 60 seconds or under
Stay on top of current trends and bring your own ideas and concepts to the table
Research sounds, formats, and content styles that perform well
Communicate with our team daily and stay responsive throughout the project

What We're Looking For:
Strong eye for trending content and short-form storytelling
Self-starter who takes initiative — we want ideas coming from you, not just execution
Highly communicative and reliable
Ability to work across multiple clients and adapt to different brand voices
Available to connect with our team between 7am - 12pm PST or 10pm - 3am PHT

Compensation: $10-$15 per Reel depending on the complexity.

Hours: Flexible, but daily communication is required. No set schedule, but responsiveness is non-negotiable.
