We're a US-focused sales team hiring a Sales Trainee who wants to grow into a Sales Manager. You'll start in lead generation and appointment setting (with some cold calling), prove yourself, and climb a clear, defined path toward closing and management. If you're coachable, reliable, and hungry, we'll train you — minimal experience required.

This is a graveyard shift aligned to US Eastern business hours.

What You'll Do

• Generate and qualify leads from sources we provide
• Book qualified appointments into the calendar
• Make outbound calls and follow-ups using our scripts and CRM
• Keep the CRM clean — every lead logged, every follow-up tracked
• Hit weekly activity and appointment targets

Who You Are

• Excellent English, spoken and written — non-negotiable for a phone role
• Clear, confident phone voice
• Average or better typing speed
• Coachable, reliable, self-driven — you don't need babysitting
• Professional, pleasing personality
• Minimal experience required; we train the right attitude

Schedule

• Full-time, 160 hours/month
• Graveyard shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Time (aligned to US Eastern)
• You must be able to work this shift consistently

Compensation

• Base salary + performance incentives (appointment bonuses + close commission)
• Typical earnings during ramp: $500–$750/month
• Incentives are UNCAPPED — top performers earn more
• Raises are tied to hitting clear, defined targets as you move up

Tech You Must Already Have

• Computer: Intel Core i3 minimum, 8GB RAM minimum
• Noise-cancelling headset
• Reliable high-speed internet (state your speed when you apply)
• A quiet, dedicated home workspace
