Marketing Virtual Assistant

We're looking for a detail oriented, creative Marketing Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our online presence. You'll take ownership of our website updates, marketing materials, social media, and SEO.

Website Management

• Make regular updates to our website (content, images, promotions, etc.)
• Ensure pages are accurate, on-brand, and functioning properly
• Flag and help troubleshoot any technical issues

SEO

• Launch a ongoing SEO strategy and execution to grow organic search visibility
• Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities
• Optimize website pages, blog posts, and metadata (titles, descriptions, alt text, headers)
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and site performance; report on progress and recommend improvements
• Ensure new website content and pages follow SEO best practices from the start

Design & Templates

• Create and update flyers, promotional materials, and marketing templates (Canva)
• Convert Canva design templates into editable documents for use in Microsoft Word
• Keep branding consistent across all materials
• Design graphics for both print and digital use

Social Media Marketing

• Plan, create, and schedule content across our social platforms
• Write engaging captions aligned with our brand voice
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track basic performance metrics
• Stay current on trends relevant to our industry

What We're Looking For

• SEO experience (keyword research, on-page optimization, performance tracking; please share results/examples from past work)
• Proven experience with website content management (Wix)
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
• Experience managing social media accounts for a business (Instagram, Facebook , TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed working hours
