Virtual Assistant – Social Media & Community Growth (Remote)

BMJ Breaks is a fast-growing sports card breaking business looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help grow our social media presence and community.

Your Responsibilities

• Create and post TikTok videos from our live streams.
• Repurpose content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook .
• Write captions, hashtags and schedule posts.
• Reply to comments and engage with the community.
• Send welcome messages and help grow our Discord community.
• Help with customer engagement and general admin tasks.
• Keep track of social media performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Experience editing short-form content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Good written English.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Able to work independently and meet daily targets.
• Basic understanding of Discord and social media.
• Experience with CapCut or similar editing software is preferred.

Targets

• 3–5 TikToks per day.
• 3–5 Instagram Reels per day.
• Every live stream clipped within 24 hours.
• Daily community engagement.
• Weekly report on views, followers and growth.
