Concrete Lead Generation & Administration Virtual Assistant

Rombus Industries is seeking a proactive Lead Generation and Administration Virtual Assistant to support its continued growth across the Asia-Pacific region.

With key infrastructure hubs in Perth, Queensland and Indonesia, Rombus provides innovative concrete pavement solutions for mining, civil construction, logistics, agriculture, industrial facilities and major infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will identify prospective clients, projects and commercial opportunities across Australia and the broader APAC market.

Key responsibilities include:

Researching mining, civil, construction and infrastructure projects.
Identifying project owners, contractors, engineers, procurement teams and decision-makers.
Building and maintaining accurate prospect and contact databases.
Conducting outbound email , LinkedIn and telephone engagement.
Tracking leads, enquiries, meetings and follow-up activities.
Supporting regional business development campaigns.
Managing expense claims and maintaining accurate records.
Collecting, filing and reconciling receipts.
Booking domestic and international flights.
Booking accommodation and preparing travel itineraries.
Completing data entry, document preparation and general administration.

The ideal candidate will have previous lead-generation or business administration experience, excellent written English, strong attention to detail and confidence engaging with Australian and APAC businesses.

Experience within concrete, construction, mining, engineering or infrastructure markets will be highly regarded.
