Short Form Clipper

Job Overview:
I’m looking for a reliable video clipper/editor to turn my long-form content (streams, podcasts, videos) into high-quality short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Payment:
Performance-based. The better your clips perform, the more you earn.
What you’ll be doing:

Watching my long-form videos/streams
Finding the best ---------- nts (hooks, funny parts, strong statements, high-energy ---------- nts)
Cutting them into 15–45 second vertical clips
Adding captions/subtitles
Basic editing (zooms, text, light effects if needed)
Exporting in 1080x1920 (9:16)

Requirements:

Experience editing short-form content (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)
Comfortable using CapCut (preferred), Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Good eye for what performs well on short-form platforms
Reliable internet + able to meet deadlines
Good communication in English

Nice to have:

Experience clipping for creators or streamers
Understanding of hooks and retention
