BDR - Sales Leads

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Business Development Representative to support our outbound sales efforts by researching companies, identifying key decision-makers, and locating verified business email addresses.

This is not a cold-calling role. Your primary responsibility is to build accurate, high-quality prospect lists by following our established research process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Success in this role requires persistence, attention to detail, and the ability to use multiple online research tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Research target companies and identify the correct decision-makers.
• Find and verify business email addresses using multiple research platforms and online resources.
• Follow our documented research process step-by-step with a high level of accuracy.
• Use a variety of lead generation and prospecting tools to locate and verify contact information.
• Conduct manual web research when automated tools do not provide complete results.
• Maintain clean, organized, and accurate prospect data within our CRM and spreadsheets.
• Ensure all contact information meets our quality standards before submission.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Communicate any missing information, unusual findings, or process improvements with the team.
