Recruitment & Social Media Associate - Urgent Hire

We're hiring ASAP for this role.
We're looking for a Recruitment & Social Media Associate who can juggle full-cycle hiring with building our online presence, equally comfortable running a candidate interview as editing a reel.
Job Scope:
Recruitment:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
Run screening calls and structured interviews
Maintain clean candidate notes and pipelines
Coordinate scheduling between candidates and hiring teams
Keep candidate communication warm and timely

Social Media:

Own recruitment-focused social media from idea to posting
Create and edit content (graphics, short-form video, captions)
Plan and manage a posting calendar
Grow employer brand presence and engagement
Track performance and adjust based on results

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (staffing agency, BPO, RPO, or remote hiring)
Excellent attendance record
Strong grasp of behavioral interviewing and spotting red flags
Near-native English communication and writing skills
Highly organized, able to manage multiple open roles
ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tool experience is a plus

Technical Requirements:

High-speed internet, minimum 20 Mbps or fiber
Business laptop with full-disk encryption (Windows 11 Pro/2021+ with TPM 2.0 + BitLocker, or Mac 2020+/Apple Silicon with FileVault)
Minimum 8 GB RAM (16 GB preferred)
Noise-canceling headset
Power and internet backup
