About the Role

Zoyava is a fast-growing digital-native supplement brand focused on building premium wellness products that consumers genuinely love. As we continue scaling across major eCommerce marketplaces, Walmart Marketplace has become a key strategic growth channel for the business.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced eCommerce Marketplace Manager to own and grow our brand's presence on ---------- . You don't need prior Walmart experience — if you've mastered Amazon Brand Management (pricing strategy, PPC/ads, inventory, catalog health), you already have 80% of the skillset. We'll train you on the Walmart-specific tools and mechanics in your first 2–4 weeks.

This is a high-ownership role. You'll be expected to run your accounts with minimal oversight — flagging issues, making pricing calls, and reporting proactively rather than waiting to be asked.

What You'll Own

Pricing & Competitiveness: Monitor daily price-competitiveness scores vs. Amazon/competitor pricing; recommend and execute price-match decisions with margin impact clearly calculated
Fulfillment (WFS): Track WFS inventory health, flag at-risk/OOS SKUs, coordinate replenishment with the supply team
Advertising: Manage Sponsored Search/SEM campaigns — budget allocation, ROAS optimization, campaign testing
Promotions: Plan and execute promotions (flash deals, clearance/surplus pushes) with margin awareness built in from the start
Reporting: Deliver accurate revenue and profit reporting (not just top-line GMV) — profit numbers must reconcile with finance/BI dashboards
Catalog & Account Health: Resolve listing suppressions, price suppressions, buy box issues, and account health flags — escalating to Walmart Seller Support when needed and following through to resolution

What We're Looking For

2+ years managing brand/seller accounts on Amazon (or another major marketplace) — pricing, PPC, inventory, and catalog management
Strong grasp of unit economics: must be able to distinguish gross margin from net profit, and factor in platform fees (referral/commission, fulfillment fees) — not just COGS
Demonstrated self-direction: a track record of surfacing problems and status updates proactively, not needing to be chased for them
Comfortable owning escalations end-to-end — filing tickets/cases, following up, and closing the loop without hand-holding
Data-fluent: comfortable pulling numbers from a BI dashboard/reporting tool rather than reconstructing them manually
Clear, specific written communication (Slack/email) — status updates should be concrete, not vague

Nice to Have (not required)

Prior Walmart Seller Center or WFS experience
Experience with SEM/search ads outside Amazon (Google Ads, Walmart Connect, etc.)

Additional Information

This is a fully remote position and requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer or laptop.
