Operations Associate
InTune Analytics Operations • Full-Time • Remote
We're looking for an Operations Associate who brings precision and follow-through to everything they touch. Someone who treats accuracy as a craft, works through checklists without cutting corners, and flags what doesn't look right instead of letting it slide.
You'll be a frontline executor on the team that keeps InTune's marketplace running. You'll also have a real voice in how we sharpen our processes, prevent cancellations, and raise the bar for what great operations looks like. This role suits someone who finds satisfaction in doing the unglamorous work exceptionally well.
No candidate will meet every single qualification below. If your experience looks a little different from what we describe and you think you can bring value to the role, we'd love to hear from you.
OUR VALUES
These aren't words on a wall. They're how we make decisions, give feedback, and hold each other accountable. As an Operations Associate, you're expected to live them every shift.
Keep Exploring. You stay curious. You look for better ways to handle the work, share what you learn, and welcome new tools and SOPs as opportunities to grow.
Will to Win. You care about outcomes. You push to clear the queue, close the case, and protect the order, not because someone is watching but because the work matters.
Radical Candor. You communicate directly and with care. You flag mistakes early, ask for help when you need it, and give your teammates honest feedback that helps them get better.
Be a Dynasty. You invest in the long game: the team, the SOPs, and the customer experience. You take pride in handoffs that make the next person's job easier.
Extreme Ownership. You own results, not just tasks. When an order goes sideways, you lead the fix. When you see a way to improve a process, you propose it.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Run the daily operations workflow across multiple marketplace accounts, including inventory acceptance, order fulfillment, and queue monitoring.
Handle exception cases (duplicate sales, manual transfers, cancelled events, fraud documentation) calmly and methodically, escalating to a Team Lead when needed.
Protect quality through verification gates, anomaly sweeps, and clean documentation. The work you do upstream protects the whole team's margins.
Communicate clearly across shifts and timezones. Write handoff notes the next person can act on without asking, and surface problems early.
Live the standard procedures as written, propose improvements when you spot them, and help train newer teammates as you grow into the role.
AT A MINIMUM, YOU HAVE:
1 to 3 years of experience in operations, customer support, fulfillment, marketplace ops, or back-office roles. Bonus if it was in e-commerce, ticketing, travel, or fintech.
Fully fluent in English (B2 minimum). Daily written and verbal communication happens in English.
Strong attention to detail. This role lives on accuracy.
Comfort working inside multiple SaaS tools simultaneously (ticketing systems, dashboards, spreadsheets, internal apps).
Solid Google Sheets or Excel skills (filters, lookups, basic formulas).
A reliable home setup: stable internet, quiet workspace, you will be provided with a company computer.
Willingness to work shifts that include evenings and weekends. The marketplace doesn't sleep. Shifts might be adjusted due to seasonality.
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT:
Beyond the hard requirements, the person who thrives in this role:
Has previous experience with Freshdesk, Jira, Retool, Slack, or any ticketing or CRM platform.
Has worked in SOP-driven environments and appreciates the discipline of doing things the same way every time.
Has experience on remote, async, multi-country teams and knows how to be a great teammate across timezones.
Stays calm when the clock is ticking and events have hard deadlines.
