Social Media Creator

The Role
You'll be responsible for turning raw photos/videos that we provide into polished, on-brand content — 2 Reels and 2 static posts per week — complete with captions, and scheduled to post consistently. This is a content creation and execution role, not a strategy role — we'll tell you what type of posts to be creating and provide the media; you bring the creative and design skill to make it shine.

Responsibilities
Create 2 Reels per week from provided video/photo clips
Create 2 static posts per week from provided photos
Write engaging, on-brand captions for each post
Initially, request feedback before scheduling any posts
Schedule all content to post consistently (access provided via Meta Business Suite — no passwords required)
Maintain a consistent visual style/color palette matching our existing brand
As needed, create 1-2 additional graphics per month for use in Meta (Facebook /Instagram) ads
Communicate during U.S. Central Time business hours as needed to coordinate on posts, deadlines, or feedback

Requirements
Strong creative eye and professional design ability — this is a must
Experience editing Reels/short-form video content
Experience with graphic design for static social posts
Reliable internet connection and your own equipment
Applicant is responsible for any software/apps/subscriptions needed to complete the work (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar)
Comfortable reviewing an existing brand's style/colors and matching it consistently
Available to communicate during U.S. Central Time clinic hours as needed (exact working hours are flexible otherwise)
Compensation
$200/month to start. This is a part-time, ongoing role — exceptional, consistent work will be rewarded with increased pay over time. Possible full-time potential IF work is exceptional AND applicant has experience in running Meta ads.
