Moxie CRM Setup & Automation Specialist

We are a small web design and development agency looking for someone with hands-on experience using Moxie ( ---------- ) to help us fully set up the platform for our business.

We already have a good idea of how we want our processes to work, but we need someone who understands Moxie’s features and can recommend the best way to build everything within the system.

This will initially be a project-based position, but there may be opportunities for additional work as we refine our processes.

Responsibilities:

Meet with us to understand our current sales, onboarding, project, invoicing, and client-management processes
Configure Moxie to fit our business and services
Set up lead and client workflows
Create automations, triggers, and follow-up sequences
Set up forms, questionnaires, proposals, contracts, and email templates
Configure project templates, tasks, and recurring processes
Set up scheduling, invoicing, payment reminders, and recurring billing where appropriate
Organize the client portal and overall client experience
Recommend improvements or features we may not know about
Test everything to make sure the workflows and automations function correctly
Walk us through the completed setup so we understand how to manage and update it ourselves
Provide basic documentation or recorded walkthroughs of the final system

The right person will:

Have direct, hands-on experience setting up Moxie CRM for a service-based business
Understand workflow design and business process automation
Be able to translate our real-world processes into a practical CRM setup
Communicate clearly and explain technical details in an easy-to-understand way
Be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable making recommendations
Be available for occasional video calls during U.S. Central Time business hours

Experience with web design, marketing, creative agencies, or other project-based service businesses would be especially helpful.
