**USRN NCLEX-RN Virtual Assistant Application**

Job Title: USRN / NCLEX-RN Virtual Assistant – Nursing Education & EMR Support

We are looking for a U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) with strong NCLEX-RN knowledge to assist with nursing education, course organization, curriculum support, PowerPoint creation, and EMR documentation support.

Position Type: Remote / Virtual Assistant
Schedule: Part-time or project-based
Preferred Background: RN, BSN or MSN preferred
Experience: Nursing education, NCLEX prep, syllabus development, EMR documentation, or healthcare training preferred

Responsibilities include

Create and organize nursing course PowerPoints for PN, RN, NCLEX, and healthcare training programs.

Assist with developing and organizing school syllabi, curriculum outlines, lesson plans, course calendars, and student learning objectives.

Help prepare teaching materials, case studies, quizzes, exams, skills checklists, and NCLEX-style questions.

Support nursing instructors with classroom organization, Canvas/LMS course setup, and student resources.

Assist with EMR scribing/documentation tasks as needed.

Review nursing content for accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with nursing standards.

Organize files, course documents, and teaching materials for school use.

Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Registered Nurse or have strong U.S. nursing education experience.

Strong understanding of NCLEX-RN content and nursing curriculum.

Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills.

Experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations.

Familiar with nursing school structure, syllabi, lesson plans, and clinical documentation.

EMR experience preferred.

Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
