Instagram Appointment Setter – Remote (Cold Outreach / DM Sales)

We're a growing agency and we're looking for people to run cold outreach for us. Through DMs on Instagram, X, and email . You'll get accounts from us, your personal profile stays out of it.

Short version: you message people, figure out if they're a fit, and get them on a call.

What you'll do

• Personalized cold DMs on Instagram and X, using the accounts we give you
• Qualify leads through real conversation, not by reciting a script
• Book qualified appointments straight into our calendar
• Stay on top of leads who don't reply right away
• Work within Instagram's DM limits, so no bots, no spam

What you should bring

• Genuinely good written English. Sounds like a person, not a bot. C1 minimum
• At least one smartphone (iPhone or Android) for the accounts
• Stable internet and a spot where you can actually focus
• Experience with DM outreach, sales, or appointment setting is a plus (we do not work with beginners)
• You work independently, follow the SOPs, and hit your daily quota

Even better if you have

• Done cold outreach on Instagram or X before
• You know how to actually personalize, so not "Hey, cool profile" but something that shows you looked at the profile
• Booked appointments in past roles and can back that up
