About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to help us identify, engage, and qualify potential applicants through online communities and outreach channels.

Your main responsibility will be finding relevant people, starting genuine conversations, and generating qualified leads for our recruitment campaigns.

This is a remote position with the opportunity for ongoing work for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential candidates across platforms such as Reddit, Facebook Groups, forums, and other online communities.
• Engage with people through thoughtful comments and direct outreach where appropriate.
• Start conversations that feel natural and helpful — not spammy.
• Qualify interested people based on our requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and follow-ups.
• Test different outreach approaches and improve results over time.
• Provide regular updates on activity, results, and learnings.

Requirements

• Excellent written English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to write personalized messages.
• Experience with lead generation, outreach, appointment setting, sales development, or community management.
• Previous experience with Reddit outreach or community management.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Experience working with recruitment campaigns.
• Sales or appointment-setting background.
• Comfortable researching online and finding the right people.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow.
• Good understanding of online communities and social platforms.
