Education Consultant

We are looking for a full-time Education Consultant to join our team at Imagine Global Edu and Migration (iGEM). This remote-based role is open to candidates located in any city in the Philippines, with a preference for those based in Manila or Cebu.

As an Education Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding students through their international education journey, particularly in the Australia and New Zealand markets. This position offers a work-from-home setup (temporarily), with a competitive monthly salary ranging from AUD $1,000 to $1,500, plus performance-based bonuses and opportunities for overseas travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide education consultation by assessing student needs and recommending suitable study pathways
• Process student applications accurately and promptly to maximize conversion rates
• Respond professionally and promptly to student inquiries and follow up to achieve KPIs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company system
• Advise students on colleges and universities, primarily in Australia and New Zealand
• Prepare and support social media content, promotions, and campaigns
• Create or assist with basic marketing materials such as flyers and short video content (Reels/TikTok), which will be considered an advantage
• Utilize various social media platforms to attract prospective students, partner schools, and universities
• Participate in in-house and external events, including activities outside office hours when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Previous experience as an Education Consultant for Australia and New Zealand is preferred
• Strong consultation, communication, and follow-up skills
• Energetic, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude
• Skills in sales, marketing, and social media
• Experience in social media management, basic flyer design, or video content creation will be a strong advantage

Additional Information

• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM QLD time
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Philippine time
• Able to work on weekends as requested
• Career Level: Entry Level (experience is an advantage)
