King's Gems is an Amazon Influencer store producing authentic, conversion-focused content showcasing everyday Amazon products — from kitchen tools to smart home gadgets — designed to educate, entertain, and convert viewers into buyers. We're a small, focused team building for the long term, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not just fill a temporary gig.
How This Role Works — 30-Day Paid Trial
Every new hire starts with a paid 30-day trial period. This is your time to learn our systems, workflows, and standards — and our time to see how you work. At the end of 30 days, we'll make a final decision based on your performance, reliability, and fit with the team. Candidates who complete the trial successfully move into the full-time role at $500/month.
What You'll Do
Core Responsibilities (from day one):

• Basic video editing in CapCut — trimming mistakes, cutting dead space, combining clips, adding simple titles, exporting in the correct format
• Organize and manage raw video footage and project files (Google Drive)
• Upload and publish content across platforms (Amazon, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Cross-post videos to other Amazon marketplaces
• Schedule and manage the social media publishing calendar
• Respond to comments and messages across social platforms
• Track published/unpublished content status
• Reporting, documentation, and general admin tasks
• Miscellaneous support: calendar management, light research, etc.

You'll Learn and Grow Into (training provided):

• Product research using AI tools
• Advanced video/content editing support using AI tools (ChatGPT, OpusClip)
• Social media marketing and campaign management
• Brand outreach and Creator Connections communication

What We're Looking For
Required:

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — this is the single most important quality we're hiring for
• Basic comfort with CapCut (or strong willingness/ability to learn quickly)
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva) or eager to learn
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Reliable internet (minimum 100 Mbps download / 100 Mbps upload) and a capable computer
• Available for daily check-ins during early-morning MST hours (around 7:00 AM MST / ~10:00 PM PHT) or late evening MST hours (around 10–11 PM MST / ~1:00–2:00 PM PHT next day)

Nice to Have (not required):

• Prior VA experience or experience working with US-based clients
• Experience with influencers, brands, or Amazon sellers
• Familiarity with additional editing tools (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Descript, etc.)

• Experience with content scheduling platforms or spreadsheets

Compensation & Benefits

• $400 USD/month during the 30-day paid trial
• $500 USD/month starting salary after successful trial
• 13th Month Pay in December (pro-rated if hired mid-year)
• Paid Philippine holidays after the trial period
• Full-time (40 hrs/week), renewable contract
• Flexible schedule outside of required daily sync window
• Long-term position with real growth opportunities as the business scales

Work Hours

• 40 hours/week, full-time
• Flexible schedule, with required daily overlap during either early-morning MST (~7:00 AM MST / ~10:00 PM PHT) or late-evening MST (~10–11 PM MST / ~1:00–2:00 PM PHT next day) for a daily sync
