Social Media Manager & Short-Form Video Editor for California Cannabis Brand

We are looking for a creative, organized, and reliable Social Media Manager to help grow and manage the online presence of a legal California cannabis brand.

This is a long-term, part-time position for someone who understands Instagram, short-form video content, branding, and how to turn raw footage into engaging posts.

Responsibilities
Edit raw videos into Instagram Reels and other short-form content
Create clean, professional graphics using Canva
Write captions in natural American English
Schedule and publish approved content
Help organize a weekly and monthly content calendar
Repurpose photos and videos into multiple pieces of content
Research relevant content trends and ideas
Monitor comments and basic engagement
Track views, engagement, follower growth, and content performance
Maintain a consistent brand style and voice
