SEO Specialist (Part-Time, Remote) with GoHighLevel Experience

Hours: 15–20 hrs/week (3–4 hrs/day, schedule flexible — your choice of hours)

About the Role

I'm looking for an experienced SEO specialist to manage our on-page and off-page SEO, support basic website edits, and run marketing automation in GoHighLevel. This is a long-term, part-time role for someone who can work independently and communicate consistently.

Responsibilities

• Build backlinks and manage citations
• Make basic website edits in Elementor (content updates, layout tweaks, metas)
• Write and optimize on-page content and meta titles/descriptions
• Set up and manage marketing automation in GoHighLevel (workflows, pipelines, campaigns)
• Use AI tools to draft content, then edit and run plagiarism checks before publishing
• Send a daily check-in summarizing completed and upcoming tasks

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Proven experience with backlinking and citation building
• Have used CallRail before for call tracking
• Working knowledge of Elementor (or similar page builder) for basic edits
• Strong understanding of SEO content writing, including meta titles and descriptions
• Mid to Expert-level experience with GoHighLevel and its marketing automation features
• Comfortable using AI writing tools, with a reliable plagiarism-check process
• Able to commit to 15–20 hrs/week consistently and send daily task check-ins

Nice to Have

• Google Ads and Meta Ads experience
• Social media management
• Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and tracking
