About us UK-owned digital media company running fast-growing influencer brands on Instagram and TikTok (300K+ combined following). We produce high-volume AI-generated short-form content and we ship daily. You'll work directly with the founder and plug into an existing content system — model references, prompt libraries, and a weekly content queue are already built.

The role You'll produce scroll-stopping Reels for our creator brands using AI generation tools plus real editing craft. This is not a "prompt and pray" role — we need someone who understands why a reel goes viral (hook, pacing, loop, trend timing) and can hit a consistent weekly quota across different niches and aesthetics.

What you'll do

Generate images/video with AI tools: Nano Banana (image gen/editing), Seedance (video), and similar (Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Veo — the more the better)
Maintain character consistency across content for each model/brand (faces, outfits, vibe)
Edit into finished Reels: CapCut / Premiere / After Effects — cuts, captions, sound sync, trending audio
Study viral formats in each niche and adapt them fast, not copy them lazily
Deliver a fixed weekly batch on schedule via our shared sheet + Drive
Iterate from feedback — we track what performs and double down

Requirements

Proven experience with AI image/video generation (Nano Banana, Seedance, or equivalents — you'll be asked exactly which tools and shown-not-told via portfolio)
Solid editing skills (CapCut minimum; Premiere/AE a plus)
A portfolio of short-form content you made — ideally with view counts you can verify. AI-made content that went viral = instant shortlist
Understanding of IG/TikTok mechanics: hooks in the first second, loops, watch time, trend cycles
Reliable weekly output — deadlines are not flexible even if hours are
Comfortable creating content for glamour/model/bikini-style influencer pages (mature-adjacent but non-explicit)
English good enough for fast async feedback ( ---------- /WhatsApp)

Nice to have

Experience running or growing a theme/niche page yourself
Motion graphics, thumbnail/cover design
Familiarity with content repurposing across IG / TikTok / YT Shorts
