About Us

We're a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce brand. We started by scaling through TikTok Organic and are now rapidly expanding our paid advertising on Meta.

Creative is the biggest driver of our growth, and we're looking for an exceptional video editor who understands how to create content that captures attention and drives conversions.

This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work for the right person.

About the Role

This is not an entry-level editing position.

You'll receive raw footage, scripts, creative briefs, brand assets, and reference videos. Your job is to transform them into polished, high-performing short-form content.

We're looking for someone who can think like an editor—not just assemble clips.

You should understand why an edit works, not just how to make it look good.

What You'll Edit

You'll create content for:

Facebook & Instagram Ads

TikTok

Instagram Reels

YouTube Shorts

Organic social content

There are two primary editing styles you'll need to master:

1. Organic Short-Form Content

Content that feels authentic, native to the platform, and keeps viewers watching.

2. Direct-Response Paid Ads

Performance-driven creatives built to generate clicks, purchases, and measurable results.

Understanding the difference between these two styles is essential.

Every video should be intentionally crafted to maximize attention and retention.

The ideal candidate has experience editing direct-response ads and understands concepts like:

Scroll-stopping hooks

Problem ? Solution storytelling

Product demonstrations

Testimonials

Before-and-after creatives

Offer presentation

Calls to action

UGC-style advertising

Creating multiple creative variations from the same footage

Your edits should feel native to each platform while maintaining a high production standard.

How to Apply

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Please include:

A short introduction about yourself

Your resume

Links to your three strongest short-form edits

At least one paid advertisement you've edited

The AI tools you currently use

Your average turnaround time for a 30–60 second video

Your weekly availability

Your expected hourly or per-video rate
