? The Role at a Glance
70–80% Tactical Production Support: Contracts, CRM cleanup, QuickBooks tracking, lead follow-up, reporting, and marketing coordination.
20–30% Leadership & Execution: Managing project timelines, removing bottlenecks, holding the team accountable, and reporting directly to the COO.

???? MUST HAVE 5 years of direct US Residential Real Estate experience (Non-negotiable).
Proven experience with transaction coordination, contracts & addendums.
Hands-on proficiency in CRM management, ISA/lead follow-up, and KPI reporting.
Experience with QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
A proactive mindset: You spot operational gaps and fix them before they become problems.
